  • Selfie photos — used solely for photo matching and deleted immediately after processing
  • Email address — required only for purchases
  • Payment information — processed securely, never stored on our servers
  • Event photos — uploaded by photographers and stored securely

Photo Matching

We use advanced technology to match selfies with event photos. Selfie images are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently. Face data is associated only with specific events and is deleted when the event expires.

Data Retention

Event photos are retained according to the photographer's settings (default: 48 hours). Selfies are deleted immediately after matching. Purchase records are retained as required by law.
